SAP Cloud Solutions Consultant, ERP Logic

I joined UT Dallas during Fall 2016. It all started back in India when I was working at Accenture as an SAP Consultant for 2+ years. I was looking for an opportunity to expand my skills in SAP and also global acumen. I got to know about UT Dallas Enterprise Systems curriculum from a UT Dallas Alumni and also my Accenture Co-worker. I was really impressed with the course structure of MS ITM especially Enterprise Systems track. All the courses offered in Enterprise Systems track really impressed me and made to take next step towards getting my admission. I was really fortunate to get the admit from UT Dallas.

As soon as I started my Master’s program, I enrolled myself at SAP Users Group during Fall 2016. I started attending all Information and Networking sessions. This made me know how to start networking in order to grab internship and full- time opportunities in SAP. I enrolled myself in ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) class during fall 2016. ERP course made me understand end to end business processes in SAP ERP. My work experience at Accenture is mostly focused on SAP Utilities and SAP ABAP. Through ERP course, I was able to expand my skills in ERP space. With your guidance and motivation, I also enrolled myself in SAP Supply Chain Software and Accounting Systems Integration and Configuration courses during Spring 2018.

These courses also added value to my profile to a greater extent. With your constant guidance, I was able to finish my SAP Certification (TERP – 10) during summer 2017. This was a major kickstart in my professional and academic experience. I started looking for internship opportunities in SAP. Fortunately I got a Co-Op opportunity from ThermoFisher Scientific, San Diego CA. I was selected to work as an Enterprise Application Services Intern. Also, I got one more Internship offer from ERP Logic, Dallas. My interview experience with ERP Logic was really challenging and amazing. It was totally different from any other interviews that I experienced. After passing through several rounds of the interview I was able to grab an Internship opportunity at ERP Logic, Dallas as an SAP Cloud Solutions Consultant Intern for Summer 2017. It was a tough call for me to decide between ThermoFisher Scientific and ERP Logic. But my passion and interest in SAP made me accept the offer from ERP Logic. This was one of the best decision I ever made in my career.

My first day at ERP Logic was really amazing. I just completed my SAP Certification the day before I joined ERP Logic. I informed my CEO, Vice President and Director about my certification. They were really impressed. My SAP Certification made them give an opportunity to work in an SAP Cloud Solutions Implementation project from day one. I was really excited about this since I got attention from the top level execs in a short span of time. Also, they agreed to extend my internship for the next semesters. After few months, I travelled to California for almost a month and led a Go Live implementation of the project that I started working on. I am really satisfied with the work that I am doing at ERP Logic. I am constantly expanding my skillset. Recently I also moved into SAP S/4HANA practice at ERP Logic. Professor, I can clearly see where my career progresses and also with your constant guidance, support and motivation, I am sure I can climb the ladders in SAP Technology quickly.
