After taking a class on information technology for business applications during my sophomore year at UTD, I was intrigued by the power of data in decision-making. The concept of data-driven decision-making was something I had never been exposed to in my other coursework. After just one class, I was inspired to switch my major to Business Analytics. My time in the program has equipped me with valuable skills in problem-solving, data analysis, and critical thinking, enabling me to translate data insights into strategic business decisions effectively. During my time in UTD’s Business Analytics program, I’ve received invaluable guidance from my professors and advisors, who have been remarkably hands-on throughout my undergraduate journey.
