Bangalore, India

Hi there! I’m Srijananie, from the dynamic and multicultural city of Bangalore, India. I completed my bachelor’s degree in electrical and electronics Engineering from PES University. My professional journey began at PwC India, one of the Big 4, as a Consultant, where I worked for 1.5 years, primarily specializing in Customer Relationship Management (CRM). It was during this time that my fascination with data and its role in business decision-making and process optimization truly began, as I collaborated with various industry giants in the automobile and banking sectors.

With a Solid foundation in Coding and Statistics, I have dedicated myself to becoming an exceptional Business Analyst and this has led me to embark on this journey as an International student at UTD to pursue my master’s in business Analytics and Artificial Intelligence for the Fall’24 intake and Join the BALC team as a Mentor!

As an international student, I understand that adjusting to a completely new environment can be overwhelming and stressful. However, with the right support system and guidance, it’s much easier to transition comfortably into this lifestyle. I hope to be someone who can assist you with this transition and offer any guidance you may need.

Apart from my academic and professional interests, I love to sing, and I am a trained Carnatic Singer. I think I dance pretty well too, but that’s a topic up for debate! On slower days, I unwind by sketching or painting, or practicing yoga and meditation, which help me stay calm amidst the fast-paced life. I enjoy meeting new people, traveling, exploring new cafes, and visiting museums, but I also like to keep active by playing various sports. The list goes on and on…

So, if you ever have any doubts about campus life or courses, or just want a friend to hang out with and explore the community, or even if you want to chat about the latest sitcoms or dramas, don’t hesitate to reach out. I’m always happy to connect! Let’s make our time here worthwhile and meaningful!”

Vidhi Agarwal

Vidhi Agarwal

Data, numbers, and a good challenge—these are what keep me going! Hi, I’m Vidhi Agarwal, and I’m pursuing my MS in Business Analytics & Artificial Intelligence at UT Dallas. With a background in finance from my undergraduate studies, I come from a non-technical space, but that hasn’t stopped me from delving deep into the world of data. I’ve worked across finance and research roles, designing automated inventory management systems, conducting market analysis, and building interactive dashboards to drive business decisions. From financial modeling to trend analysis, I’ve used analytics to uncover insights and make data-driven recommendations. While I may not have started with coding, I’ve picked up SQL, Python, and data visualization along the way, and I love transforming raw numbers into meaningful stories. When I’m not exploring datasets, you’ll find me lost in a good book. Excited to learn, collaborate, and bridge the gap between business and tech—feel free to reach out!
